Dear Flipkart Escalation Team,
I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding the wrongful pickup of my personal package by the pickup executive assigned for my Flipkart return order OD337818393467234500 dated 13 June 2026.
I had already reported that while collecting the return product, the pickup executive also took another package belonging to me that was completely unrelated to the Flipkart return. The package contained clothing items worth approximately ₹25,000.
It has now been more than 24 hours since I raised this issue, and I have not received any satisfactory response, update, or resolution from Flipkart. This delay is extremely concerning given the value of the missing package and the seriousness of the incident.
I once again request the following information and immediate action:
Full details of the pickup executive who collected the package.
Contact number of the pickup executive.
Details of the logistics partner responsible for the pickup.
Seller details related to the return order.
Current status and location of my missing package.
Confirmation of the investigation being conducted by Flipkart.
Please note that the package was taken by a representative acting on behalf of Flipkart. Therefore, I expect Flipkart to take full responsibility for investigating this matter and ensuring the recovery of my property.
If I do not receive a concrete response and resolution within the next 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further through the appropriate consumer grievance forums and other legal channels available to me, including seeking compensation for the loss and inconvenience caused.
I request an immediate acknowledgment of this email along with a complaint/reference number for future correspondence.
