I am writing to formally escalate my unresolved Acer TV service issue.
I have been continuously contacting Acer customer care for the last 3 months regarding a technical issue (Software issue on recovery/reset) with my Acer TV. Despite calling customer support approximately 80–90 times, I have only received repeated assurances that a technician will visit “soon,” but no resolution has been provided till date.

Please help me to forward this issue to consumer forum to escalate it. I don't have any option remaining.
