I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the lack of resolution regarding my recent service requests for my MarQ Air Conditioner, purchased via Flipkart in September.
Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance, the issue remains unresolved. I have placed multiple follow-up calls on the following dates:

During every interaction, I was assured that my complaint had been "escalated." However, I have yet to receive a definitive answer or a technician visit.
The primary issues are as follows:
