This is with reference to my earlier complaint regarding the non-delivery of the order placed for Mr. Satyendra, Flat No. 2402. Zepto team has stated that the order was delivered successfully, however, during our own call confirmation, it was admitted that the delivery was made to an unidentified lady. Mr. Satyendra lives alone and had clearly mentioned his name and mobile number as the sole authorized receiver. No verification call was made to him before handing over the package, which is a serious breach of compliance and consumer protection norms.

Further, Mr. Satyendra personally checked with the society guard team twice, and there is no entry of any Zepto delivery in the register. The guards on night duty also confirmed that no Zepto delivery was made for him. This clearly proves that the order was misdelivered and your internal investigation is flawed.

Thread 'AMUL DICED CHEESE'

This is to address you that I purchased an Amul product i.e. Amul diced cheese 200gm on 8 jan 2025 from Zepto but after my purchase I opened the pack after a week and I found that it has fungus in it. I mean it has blue color fungus in it. As I was hospitalised for a month I could not lodge the complaint.
Same thing reported to Amul Customer care as well. According to them their local team were suppose to visit my place according to 9th Mar 2025 communication. But no response i have received yet.
I just want to know if a product is within Expiry Date how does it get fungus in it? Is this...
