I booked a ticket through AbhiBus for MR Travels fom Ahmedabad to Kalol (Gandhinagar). The confirmed drop-off point mentioned in my ticket was Kalol Highway (Gandhinagar region).
However, during the journey, I was being dropped at Kalol Highway (Panchmahal), which is a completely different and incorrect location and far from my intended destination. This is not as per the booking details.
When I raised the concern, the driver refused to drop me at the correct location and instead insisted that I get down at Ahmedabad, which is not my destination. He further demanded extra charges for dropping me at Ahmedabad, which was not informed at the time of booking.
also contacted AbhiBus customer support regarding this issue, but I was advised to pay the extra amount to the driver, which is unacceptable as the issue is due to incorrect drop-off routing and operator handling, ny change requested
by me.
Additionally, MR Travels did not respond properly or provide any clear resolution during the journey, which further increased the
inconvenience and confusion.
This situation caused unnecessary stress, confusion, and unfair financial pressure during travel. I request immediate investigation and strict action against such practices to ensure passengers are not forced into paying extra charges due to operator or routing issues.
