Respected sir,
I am a flipkart plus member and have been a long customer of flipkart. I have ordered several products and was delivered with all satisfaction and appreciation, which compels me to order again and again in flipkart. And also i referred to my all loved ones to purchase every need through flipkart rather than others.
But my recent experience of ordering a product created doubts whether i will continue my flipkart account or not.
I ordered "Colorful 4 Monks Buddha Figurines - for Home Decor, Office Decor" through flipkart. The item was delivered on 30th September ,2026 around 5.20 pm. After opening the delivered package I found few waste plastics, torn piece of clothes and no trace of my ordered product. After this incident tried to contact several times to flipkart customer care and they did not replied me any satisfactory.
I contacted Flipkart Customer Care regarding my refund, and I was informed that the refund would be processed within 48 hours. However, today is 3rd October, and I have still not received the refund.
Could you please check the status of my refund and provide an update on when I can expect the amount to be credited?
I have attached all the pictures of the delivered package, and related screenshots below.
