Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a cancelled JioAirFiber connection request and the pending reimbursement associated with it.

Details are as follows:

• Request No.: LR00001CWIEN
• Amount Paid: ₹2,221.46 via UPI
• Representative Name: Mr. Tapu Ratwa
• Contact Number: 9227711626

Mr. Tapu Ratwa visited my residence for the new JioAirFiber connection process and informed me that payment of ₹2,221.46 was required before installation could begin. I made the payment in his presence.

He assured me that the installation engineer would visit within 2 days. However, no engineer came, and after some time the request status was marked as “Cancelled”.

Upon contacting Mr. Tapu Ratwa:

  1. Initially, he stated that a new connection would be processed using the same payment.
  2. After repeated follow-ups, he denied even visiting my residence regarding this connection.
  3. When I shared society proof/photos confirming his visit, he changed his statement and informed me that the amount would be reimbursed within 7–14 days.
It has now been more than one month, and I have still not received any reimbursement or meaningful update despite several calls and WhatsApp follow-ups. Additionally, your helpline and chatbot systems do not provide any proper option to track or escalate cancelled request refunds.

This experience has caused unnecessary inconvenience and delay.

I request the following:

  1. Immediate update on the reimbursement status
  2. Confirmation of refund timeline
  3. Proper escalation and resolution of this complaint
  4. Accountability regarding the handling of this request
I can provide payment proof, screenshots, society entry proof, and all related communication if required.

Kindly treat this matter as urgent and resolve it at the earliest.
