Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a cancelled JioAirFiber connection request and the pending reimbursement associated with it.
Details are as follows:
• Request No.: LR00001CWIEN
• Amount Paid: ₹2,221.46 via UPI
• Representative Name: Mr. Tapu Ratwa
• Contact Number: 9227711626
Mr. Tapu Ratwa visited my residence for the new JioAirFiber connection process and informed me that payment of ₹2,221.46 was required before installation could begin. I made the payment in his presence.
He assured me that the installation engineer would visit within 2 days. However, no engineer came, and after some time the request status was marked as “Cancelled”.
Upon contacting Mr. Tapu Ratwa:
This experience has caused unnecessary inconvenience and delay.
I request the following:
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and resolve it at the earliest.

- Initially, he stated that a new connection would be processed using the same payment.
- After repeated follow-ups, he denied even visiting my residence regarding this connection.
- When I shared society proof/photos confirming his visit, he changed his statement and informed me that the amount would be reimbursed within 7–14 days.
This experience has caused unnecessary inconvenience and delay.
I request the following:
- Immediate update on the reimbursement status
- Confirmation of refund timeline
- Proper escalation and resolution of this complaint
- Accountability regarding the handling of this request
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and resolve it at the earliest.
