Dear IFB Customer Service and Grievance Team,
I am file an urgent and severe complaint regarding a life-threatening electrical fault present in the IFB Convection Microwave Oven purchased recently.

Details of Life-Threatening Incident:
I purchased IFB Convection Microwave Oven from flipkart on 24th Sep invoice attached. We thought and expected IFB to be a reliable brand and hence I spend extra money to get a good brand for our Mother. However to our shock and surprise as soon as my sister fixed it she was severely electrocuted by this new IFB Convection Microwave Oven bought from Flipkart. Picture attached.
The shock was so intense that we rushed to a doctor as she almost fainted! This is a dangerous manufacturing/product fault! IFB Appliances Flipkart you sold a hazardous product. Your safety standards failed. We were refused a return by Flipkart (screen shot attached), citing a 'seller's policy' after a life-threatening incident. This is unacceptable! We spend considerably on her treatment as she is still under shock with the incident. No reply is received from brand or Flipkart even after we complained a few times.
