Dear Jio Care Team,
1. I am writing this email to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service I have received over the last two days.
2. Yesterday, on the 16 April 2026, I performed a troubleshoot through the MyJio app. Following the troubleshoot, an engineer visit was scheduled for yesterday evening between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. I waited for the technician, but no one showed up. Instead, I received an email stating that my appointment had been rescheduled for today.
3. The new slot was scheduled for today between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. I skipped my office and put my work on hold to be available for this visit, but again, no engineer has arrived.
4. Furthermore, I have been repeatedly trying to get help from your Bijnor office. I called Mr. Deshpal at the Jio Bijnor office yesterday and again today. I specifically informed him that the issue is likely with the adapter and requested a replacement. However, I have received a very poor response from Mr. Deshpal. He has been extremely unresponsive and only gave vague assurances like "it will be done," but no action was taken.
5. This lack of professionalism from both the technician team and the local office is unacceptable. My work is suffering significantly due to this continuous downtime.
6. Please note that if you cannot provide proper and timely service, then please disconnect my JioFiber connection permanently. I cannot afford any more delays and will switch to another service provider.
6. I request you to look into this matter immediately and ensure that a technician visits my premises with a replacement adapter today, otherwise, proceed with the disconnection.
