I am writing to file a formal complaint against the driver (Bhanwar Singh, M: 99286 84265)
of my Ola ride booked on 28th July 2025 at 12:33 PM (CRN: 9614177534) from 22, Gokulpura, Jaipur my home to Jaipur Railway station.
This ride was booked for my elderly parents, and the experience they faced was deeply disturbing and unacceptable:

This ride was booked for my elderly parents, and the experience they faced was deeply disturbing and unacceptable:
- The driver harassed and misbehaved with my parents without any provocation.
- He insisted on being paid via his personal QR code, even though I had already paid the full amount via UPI in the Ola app.
- When my father tried to explain, the driver
- verbally abused them and forced them to get down in the middle of the road, causing panic and distress.
- He also threatened to cancel the ride midway, despite requests not to do so. I also asked him that he cant do this and he said I have cancelled, do whatever you can do.
- This is a clear case of elder abuse, unprofessional behavior, and harassment by driver.
