Dear Jio Appellate Team / Senior Management,
I am writing this email to lodge a formal complaint against the extreme misbehavior, harassment, and unprofessional conduct of the Store Manager at the Jio Store [near relaince trend floor no 4 , Raza bazar pillar no 24, Patna] on [4/07/2026].
Issue 1: Unresolved JioFiber Service for 5 Days
My JioFiber connection has been completely down for the last 5 days. Despite multiple standard complaints, no action was taken, which forced me to visit the Jio Store in person to seek a resolution.
Issue 2: Misbehavior and Physical Aggression by the Store Manager
When I requested the Store Manager to address the issue, his response was highly dismissive. When I informed him that I would record the conversation as proof of the service denial, he arrogantly replied, "This will not work, go and complain wherever you want."
Furthermore, when I started recording a video to document the interaction, the Manager and the staff snatched my mobile phone by force and treated me in an incredibly disrespectful and threatening manner. Snatching a personal property and misbehaving with a customer is a serious offense.(i attached the video also)

This incident has caused me immense mental agony and disrupted my work due to the continuous internet outage. I request you to take strict disciplinary action against the manager involved and resolve my JioFiber line issue immediately.
If this is not addressed with high priority, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and file a formal police complaint for physical aggression and snatching.
I expect a swift response and immediate action.
