Dear Sir/Madam,
I am filing this complaint against Jeeves Consumer Services and Flipkart Mobile Protection regarding the unreasonable delay in returning my insured mobile phone. Please provide my refund amount
I purchased a MOTOROLA Edge 70 Fusion Snapdragon phone through Flipkart along with Complete Mobile Protection provided by Jeeves. The current value of the phone is approximately ₹33477. After the phone was switched on there was dark spot near camera, so I raised a claim under my protection plan on 11 October.
My phone was picked up on 18 October 2026. At the time of pickup, I was informed that technician team will check and update on this in 2days..
After 5 days technician is telling there is scratch in the mobile.
The uploaded images in the pickup acknowledgement is not correct.
However, despite repeated follow-ups, my phone has still not been returned and no response from jeeves and Flipkart as well. Please do refund of my money back.
