I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Flipkart's poor service regarding my AC installation.
I placed my order on 30 September 2026, received on Oct 1 st but the installation is still pending. It is completely unacceptable to keep a customer waiting for such a long time after purchasing a product.
Flipkart should take responsibility for ensuring that installation services are completed on time instead of leaving customers to follow up repeatedly. This kind of service is highly disappointing and raises serious concerns about customer satisfaction.
Since the installation has been delayed for an unreasonable amount of time, I request you to cancel the installation service and arrange for the AC to be returned. Please initiate the return process immediately and provide a clear confirmation of the pickup date and refund details.
I demand the following:
Immediate cancellation of the pending AC installation.
Initiation of the AC return process without any further delay.
A clear explanation for the delay and confirmation of the pickup and refund timeline.
Please do not send me a generic response asking me to wait. I expect a concrete resolution and a definite commitment from your team.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.
Order ID: OD338764193745722100
Order Date: 30 September 2026
I expect an immediate response and action on this matter.
If installation not happened today please return this product. You are selling the product you are responsible for installation. We lost hope in flipkart.
You people giving free Service or free installation to wait this much time . You are charging right then you should do installation right time
