Dear Consumer Protection Authority,
I am filing this complaint with deep stress, frustration, and anxiety regarding the service and product quality from Zepto. My recent order was delivered in an appalling condition: several products were crushed and damaged, and shockingly, some were contaminated with cow dung. This is not only unhygienic but poses serious health risks.
I had ordered milk packs specifically to feed my 2-year-old baby. Instead of safe, consumable products, I received items that could cause illness. This is not just a financial loss—it is a direct threat to my child’s health and my family’s safety.
When I contacted Zepto’s support, I expected empathy, urgency, and accountability. Instead, I was met with rude and dismissive responses. The agent told me to wait two hours because the store was closed and offered only a refund. Do they expect me to wait two hours to feed my baby? This is insensitive, disrespectful, and shows complete disregard for customer emotions and basic human needs.
This is not the first time I have faced issues with Zepto. I have repeatedly received damaged, expired, and poor-quality products. However, this incident has crossed all limits. Delivering products contaminated with cow dung is outrageous and unacceptable.
I demand a 100% honest solution and accountability from Zepto. This includes:
- Immediate investigation into the unhygienic delivery.
- Compensation for the stress, anxiety, and health risks caused.
- Assurance that such incidents will not recur.
Zepto’s negligence has wasted my time and money, disturbed my mental peace, and endangered my child’s health. I request the Consumer Protection Authority to take strict action against Zepto for this disgraceful service and ensure justice for affected customers.
