Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing regarding my prepaid Meesho order which has been incorrectly marked as “Delivered through OTP”, even though I never received the product.

Registered Mobile Number:95735 60646
Amount Paid:115
I already raised complaints with customer support multiple times, but my request was closed without proper investigation. I did not receive the package, and no valid delivery proof was shared with me.
I request you to immediately:
Reopen my complaint
Investigate the delivery with GPS/location proof and delivery person details
Provide either a full refund or re-deliver the product
This issue has caused financial loss and mental stress. If the matter is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the complaint to the National Consumer Helpline and Consumer Court.
Kindly treat this as urgent and resolve the issue at the earliest.
