Dear Flipkart Customer Support Team,
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my Motorola 32-inch Google TV purchased through Flipkart.
When the Flipkart-authorised installation partner visited my home for installation, it was found that the TV display was physically damaged and the display was not working. The product has therefore been unusable from the time of installation.
It has now been more than one and a half months, and despite repeatedly contacting Flipkart, I have still not received any proper resolution. There has been no satisfactory action taken to resolve this issue.
I also purchased this product through EMI, and one EMI installment has already been deducted even though I have not been able to use the product even once. I am suffering a financial loss for a product that was delivered damaged and has remained unusable.
I have been calling Flipkart Customer Support every day, but I am only being given updates about the application/complaint status. I can already see the same status myself in the Flipkart app. My question is: where is the actual action being taken to resolve my issue? Simply providing the status repeatedly does not resolve the problem.
This prolonged delay and the lack of action have caused me extreme frustration and mental stress, and I am now mentally exhausted with continuously following up on the same issue.
I request Flipkart to resolve this matter immediately by providing either:
Please arrange the replacement or complete refund without any further delay.
