I am extremely disappointed with the repeated delays in resolving my internet issue. My service has been disrupted, and every scheduled engineer visit is being rejected or postponed because access is allegedly not being granted by another society where your connection equipment is installed.
As a customer, I should not have to suffer due to internal infrastructure or access-related problems between your company and a third party. I am paying for a service that is currently unavailable.
I request that you:
Immediately restore my internet connection.
If the current connection point is inaccessible, relocate the distribution box/equipment to an alternative location and restore service without further delay.
Provide a clear resolution timeline and escalation contact.
Refund or adjust the charges for the period during which the service has been unavailable.
If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will be compelled to discontinue the service, request a full refund for the outage period, and switch to another service provider. I will also escalate the matter to the appropriate customer grievance and consumer complaint channels.
