I am writing to express my serious concern and dissatisfaction regarding the repair service for my washing machine. Despite raising the service request and receiving multiple updates and assurances from your side, not a single repair visit has been properly completed till date.
I have been continuously receiving messages about technician visits, parts procurement, and revised repair deadlines, with claim IDs including:

• CLAFLK080194490520540
• CLAFLK167666722781429
On several occasions, I was informed that technicians would visit within 3 days, and later assured that repairs would be completed by different dates (2nd April, 5th April, 10th April, 11th April, 13th April, 17th April, 22nd April, and 25th April 2026). However, despite these repeated commitments, no effective repair service has been provided and the issue remains unresolved.
It is extremely disappointing and inconvenient to face such repeated delays and false assurances. This has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and loss of trust in your service system.
