This is yet another extremely frustrating experience with IntrCity bus UP15JT9929.
The bus is being stopped at almost every toll plaza for around an hour because the operator apparently does not have sufficient balance in the FASTag and, in some cases, does not even have cash to pay the toll. This has already caused more than 3 hours of unnecessary delay.
What is even more unacceptable is that:
Neither the IntrCity team nor the bus operator is responding to calls.
The SOS/support system is completely unresponsive at night.
There is no proper communication or assistance while passengers are left waiting at toll plazas.
When I finally connected with Mr. Shaamim, instead of addressing the issue, he gave a completely different and unacceptable explanation.
This is not a traffic-related delay. This is a basic operational failure by IntrCity and the bus operator. Passengers should not have to waste hours because the operator has failed to maintain FASTag balance or arrange cash for toll payments.
I have already faced the same issue on my previous Noida–Delhi ride, and now it has happened again. This clearly shows that no corrective action has been taken.
I expect:
A full refund/appropriate compensation for the service failure and excessive delay.
A clear explanation of why this keeps happening with your buses.
Immediate action against the responsible operator/team.
A resolution regarding the lack of night-time SOS/customer support.
I paid for a service that was supposed to get me to my destination on time. Instead, 3+ hours of my time have been wasted at toll plazas due to your operational negligence.
Please treat this as a serious complaint and provide a proper resolution rather than another generic response.

Hello @nightriders

We have carefully reviewed your complaint against IntrCity (Bus No. UP15JT9929).

As per your submission, your IntrCity bus was stopped at almost every toll plaza for approximately an hour each time, as the operator had insufficient FASTag balance and in some cases no cash to pay the toll either, resulting in a delay of over 3 hours. Neither the IntrCity team nor the bus operator responded to your calls during this time, and the SOS/support system was completely unresponsive at night. When you finally connected with Mr. Shaamim, he provided an unsatisfactory explanation without resolving the issue. You have also highlighted that this is not the first time — the same problem occurred on a previous Noida–Delhi ride, indicating a persistent operational failure with no corrective action taken.

You are seeking a full refund or appropriate compensation for the delay, a clear explanation for the recurring issue, immediate action against the responsible operator, and resolution of the night-time SOS support failure.
