I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the lack of service for my AC repair request under the Reliance ResQ membership, despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from your service team.

There is no further action even after writing multiple emails to Head of customer service and CEO. Kindly look into the matter on high priority and resolve the issue by end of day of 15th June as no one is available at home of working days from Monday to Friday.

The service request for repairing my air conditioner was raised on 10th April 2025 and on 12th June 2025 it has not been fulfilled. I have made several calls to your customer support team, but the matter remains unresolved with no proper timeline or accountability communicated.

This prolonged delay is unacceptable, especially considering that this service is covered under an active Reliance ResQ plan, which promises timely and professional support. The lack of responsiveness not only reflects poorly on Reliance Digital’s after-sales service but also undermines the trust of loyal customers.

I request your urgent intervention to ensure that:

My AC repair service is completed on 14th June as no one is available at home during weekdays.

I receive a written explanation for the delay and the steps being taken to improve the service experience.

Compensation or extension of service membership is considered for the inconvenience caused.

I hope to receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Failing which, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to consumer forums and social media platforms.
