Dear SpiceJet Customer Relations Team,
I am writing regarding the cancellation of my SpiceJet flight SG 130 from Ahmedabad to New Delhi, originally scheduled for 5 November 2026, departing at 2:40 PM.
I was informed of the cancellation on 15 October 2026, and the reason communicated was operational issues.
I have not requested or accepted a refund, as I still need to travel from Ahmedabad to Delhi.
As per the passenger-rights policy published on your official website, passengers notified at least two weeks before departure are entitled to an alternative flight or a full refund, according to their preference.
I would like to opt for an alternative flight rather than a refund.
To facilitate the arrangement, I am flexible with my travel date and would accept any of the following options:
I request SpiceJet to arrange an appropriate alternative flight without any additional charges and confirm the revised booking in writing.
Please do not process a refund as a substitute for my requested alternative flight without first addressing this request.
If none of these options is available, please provide a written explanation and clarify the alternatives available under your applicable passenger-rights policy.
