On May 23, the Complainant placed an online order on the Respondent's website for 5 clothing apparel items. The total order value was ₹5,234, which was paid in full at the time of purchase.
The order confirmation received via email (provided as evidence in 641256.jpg) states that the tracking details and delivery updates would be shared with the Complainant.
Despite a significant amount of time passing since the transaction, the Respondent has failed to deliver the items, provide a valid courier tracking ID, or offer an update on the shipment status.
The Complainant has attempted to reach out to the merchant, but the issue remains unresolved, constituting a clear Deficiency of Service and Unfair Trade Practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
