Hi All,

My Name is Jagadeesh Chinnamalla, having account in your bank, my customer id is 251122085,

On September 11, 2024, I transferred ₹60,000 via UPI through the HDFC mobile app to beneficiary account number 410401011001465. The transaction reference number is [425598213796]. The funds were debited from my account but were not credited to the beneficiary's account.
I contacted HDFC customer care multiple times and raised service requests in November and December, specifically on [mention exact dates if you have them] with reference numbers 59381188 and 60329909. Prior to this, I had already filed dispute complaints on September 14th and November 4th, 2024, and other service requests. Despite these efforts, the tickets were closed without any resolution or update from HDFC.
On February 3, 2025, I personally visited the branch and raised another request (reference number 65814103). This request, too, was closed without any communication or resolution. The ₹60,000 remains uncredited to the beneficiary's account. I request immediate assistance in resolving this long-pending issue.

It is pending from more than 300 days can you please look into this.
