I had raise complain on 21 may 2026 for my hisense tv there was issue technician visited and told there was sensor issue and raise for part replacement need to be done but till now part has not been delivered to service center 17 days I m waiting only false commitment is given by brand is had bought from flipkart product is under warranty
I want to file complain against flipkart and Hisense for not providing service I need tv to be replacement now and compensation for harassment frequently I m doing followup up with brand and rsq service center Hisense third-party service provider
