Circuit Bench Nagpur StateCommission FA/12/71 Trade wings Limited, Registered Company Under The Indian Company Act Having Its Registered Head . - Complainant(s) Versus Mrs Elma Johnson through her power of Attorney holder namely shri Ponmelil John thomes - Opp.Party(s) Adv R D Bhuibhar 24 Sep 2018 ORDER
State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Maharashtra Nagpur Circuit Bench Nagpur First Appeal No. A/12/43 (date of filing : 06 Feb 2012) (arisen out of Order dated 24/10/2011 in case no. cc/451/10 of District Nagpur.

As a common man, we are unable to understand the final status and have not heard the final judgement after 2018 and we have not received the payment.

While communicating with the case advocate, he says final judgement will be sent by court to our address. Today its 1-March and we have not yet heard anything. We wish to close the matter asap.

Kindly advise.

Sir, the problem is our lawyer is incommunicable. He does not answer our phone nor update the status. When we call him, he says, we will get the final order from the court.

Kindly advise what we should do.
