I am writing to formally register my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding a complete broadband outage that began on June 1.
Despite logging daily complaints and receiving repeated assurances from customer care team, no technician has visited my premises, and my services remain entirely disconnected.It has now been 29 days. Every single day, team reschedules the engineer visit without my consent and fails to resolve the issue.This unacceptable delay is causing severe disruptions:My work is being heavily impacted. My brother's online classes are being disrupted.Our home television services are completely down.Our security cameras, which depend on the Wi-Fi network, are offline, leaving our property unmonitored. Due to failure to provide service, I have incurred additional financial costs by having to purchase extra data recharges for two mobile phones to manage daily tasks. Accordingn to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) guidelines, broadband faults are expected to be rectified within 3 days.
Companies prolonged negligence and the unhelpful attitude of your store and customer care staff have caused significant mental distress and mental issues to my family.I request immediate resolution of this issue and fair compensation for the damages, financial losses, and mental trauma I have suffered. This even made my family members cry due to boredom and pending works online. I have attached the relevant screenshots and service request logs for your reference.Till today there is zero response from them please look into the matter every person tells one reason and delays the repair I have complained against company in consumer court (docket number -
