Subject: Filing Consumer Complaint Against Eureka Forbes – Non-Service of Defective Product for Over 4 Months

I, r.srivyshnavi, am filing this complaint against Eureka Forbes Ltd. regarding a defective product and prolonged deficiency in after-sales service.
I purchased a Buddy PET Grooming Kit from Eureka Forbes for ₹14,000. The product stopped working a few months after purchase. I raised a service request and contacted the customer care team multiple times over the past 4 months. Despite repeated calls and even an escalation made recently, no service technician has visited my location.
The service team has failed to respond, schedule a visit, or provide a resolution. This has caused me immense mental distress, inconvenience, and loss of trust in the brand.
I request the following:
This issue clearly falls under deficiency in service and unfair trade practice as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I request the forum to take strict action against Eureka Forbes and help me get justice.

- Current Status: No service provided despite multiple follow-ups.
I purchased a Buddy PET Grooming Kit from Eureka Forbes for ₹14,000. The product stopped working a few months after purchase. I raised a service request and contacted the customer care team multiple times over the past 4 months. Despite repeated calls and even an escalation made recently, no service technician has visited my location.
The service team has failed to respond, schedule a visit, or provide a resolution. This has caused me immense mental distress, inconvenience, and loss of trust in the brand.
I request the following:
- Immediate repair or replacement of the Buddy OET Grooming Kit.
- Zero service charges, including any part replacements, due to gross delay and negligence.
- A formal apology and assurance of better service standards in the future.
- Compensation for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
