I am filing this complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for deficiency in service regarding my broadband connection (Xstream Fiber ID: 042228464409_wifi). My internet connection has been non-functional for 8 days due to a faulty modem. Despite daily calls to customer care, escalation to the nodal officer, and a response from the appellate authority (Reference: 11034263474) assuring resolution within 24 hours, the issue remains unresolved. I have also filed a grievance with the Department of Telecommunications via CPGRAMS (Reference: DOTEL/E/2026/0043199). This prolonged outage has caused financial loss and significant mental stress. I am seeking compensation for the deficiency in service and the harassment caused.

I request the Hon'ble Commission to direct the Opposite Party to restore my connection immediately, and pay compensation of Rs. 2000 for the mental stress and harassment caused, along with appropriate refund/adjustment of billing charges for the outage period, and cost of this litigation.
