I am seeking your support regarding a refund issue with KFC India which has remained unresolved despite multiple follow-ups from my side.
On 21st May 2026 at around 9:00 PM, I placed an order worth Rs. 720 (Ultimate Savings Chicken Bucket) while I was in Bangalore for official work. The order was supposed to be delivered by 9:45 PM, however it was never delivered.
I contacted KFC customer support multiple times between 10:00 PM and 10:45 PM for updates. Every time, I was assured that the order would be delivered shortly and that the store team would contact me. However, no delivery or callback was made.
Finally, at around 10:45 PM, I requested cancellation of the order as the delay had become unreasonable. KFC customer support confirmed that my cancellation request had been accepted and assured me that the refund would be processed within 7 days.
However, even after more than 20 days, I have neither received the refund nor any proper resolution from KFC India. I have contacted their customer support several times since then, but I continue to receive generic responses such as:
I currently reside in Delhi, while the order was placed in Bangalore. Despite this, I am repeatedly being told that the store will contact me instead of KFC processing the refund directly. Since the payment was made to KFC India/Devyani Foods for an order that was never delivered, I believe the responsibility of refund lies entirely with them.
I request your support in helping me resolve this issue and obtain my pending refund of Rs. 720 at the earliest.
