I had purchased a policy in September 2024 for my Mother by specifying all the prevailing health conditions for my mother and the policy document clearly did not state the pre-existing diseases for my mother, i had inquired with the insurance company if there are any pre-existing diseases for my mother and they on a recorded email stated that there are none. Further when a claim was registered they mentioned that there is pre-existing diseases mentioned on the claim document which was not the case and with multiple calls and efforts it was made clear that there is no such mention of pre-existing waiting period on my mother's case. They then changed the reason for which the claim was denied by making it specific to Specified conditions. I had challenged the specific condition decision but they submitted documents to the ombudsman forum which were factually incorrect and based on lie. My problem is that acko mentioned there is no waiting period and acko also mentioned some specified annexure detail which are incorrect and ombudsman decision is also incorrect with respect to the pre-existing diseases being present. I seek the honourable court to provide justice
