I had saffari jacket from underclothing website found link in
instagram.today on 31 of dec 2025 I received the
package paid 1000 rupees to the delivery guy and he left
after that when 1 opened the package a rugged used Women cargo
was there in the package.There is no option to
communicate with them.kindly help me with this. Thanks

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
