On may 30, I placed an order from Fathis Designer Studio in Alappuzha for Rs. 5402. The dispatch was promised within one month. When I followed up, they said it would be dispatched after 10 days. Even after 15 days, they repeated the same response. After 2.5 month they send me one dress only and said tha second is in processing. Now it's been 4 months, and I still haven't received the order. When I requested to cancel the order and asked for a refund, they will not responding . Every time I call the contact number, no one answering . They have also turned off the comment box on their Instagram page. They keep saying that it will be dispatched within 10 days, and in total, it's been 4 months now.
