I am writing to formally complain about an order placed at the Bangel, Ghaziabad branch on [18/04/2026] at approximately 10:12 PM.
Although the payment was successfully deducted from my bank account, I received no status updates following the transaction. Until 10:00 AM today, the app indicated that the order was "on the way"; however, the order has now completely disappeared from my account history. Furthermore, the customer support number provided appears to be invalid.
