My parcel is lying with DTDC for last 9 days. And no update from either customer care or any officials...we have to call 10 times and only one response.. sorry for the inconvenience. No change in status. Worst experience ever...will never recommend using DTDC as courier partner. This parcel holds a lot of emotional value for me...but thy have misplaced it..and not interested in looking for the same.
It's disgusting to call them again and again...and they are least interested to attend you. Feel like we are talking to some IVR and same record plays...sorry for inconvenience.
Worst part is they have no escalation matrix. Only customer service id...where again we get an emails.... stating sorry for inconvenience Website gives some email id...but none of them working...
