I am writing to formally escalate what has become an unacceptable and extremely disappointing customer experience regarding my pending Prime orders.
As an Amazon Prime member, I pay for a premium service with the expectation of timely deliveries, reliable customer support, and prompt issue resolution. Unfortunately, my recent experience has demonstrated the exact opposite.
The affected orders are as follows:

Since the promised delivery date, I have contacted your customer support team multiple times. During every interaction, I was assured that the matter had been escalated and that the products would be delivered shortly. Despite these repeated assurances, nothing has changed. The orders remain undelivered, and I continue to receive the same generic responses without any meaningful action.
This raises serious concerns about the effectiveness of your escalation process. If every escalation results in the same unfulfilled promise, it becomes difficult to have any confidence in the commitments made by your customer support team.
As a Prime customer, I find it extremely frustrating that I have had to spend my time repeatedly following up on an issue that should have been proactively resolved by Amazon. Instead of receiving the level of service that Prime advertises, I have experienced repeated delays, inconsistent communication, and a complete absence of ownership.
This experience has not only caused significant inconvenience but has also eroded my trust in Amazon's ability to honour its delivery commitments. A service that repeatedly fails to deliver on its promises cannot reasonably be described as a premium service.
I expect this matter to receive immediate attention from the appropriate escalation team. Specifically, I request that:
I expect a prompt response with a concrete resolution, not another generic assurance that the matter has been escalated.

- Mixer Grinder - Atomberg Zenova Mixer Grinder – Not delivered despite the committed delivery schedule.
