Respected Team,

I am R. Harishchandra Babu, working in a pharmaceutical organization. I have taken the services from Byju's Early learning services from LKG to 3rd class on Friday, 15th April 2022. worth of 80,000 rupees via the transaction ID: BYJUS0002204150757451438. The respective Kit (A tab, some stickers, 2 numbers of play materials) along with LKG books was received on Wednesday, 4th May 2022 with Byjus vide order id P1-SSO2-2204150810350422. in the next year i.e. 2023, we have received UKG books as well. from 2024 April onwards I was trying to reach Byjus Customer care for the 1st class books, material and the customer care person responded that we are in short of books/material available with them so, once the material was printed the same can be posted to us, the same was further dragged till the month of October 2024. From then neither the Customer care responding or the Byjus tab is working.
I am in seek of justice with respective to the above discrepancy.
