Hi,
I placed my order with uber decor on 26th april for a mirror and paid online. I checked with them on timeline and was told that it takes maximum 3 weeks. It’s 10th June today and I still have not received my order. Every time I call they keep making excuses like your mirror was stolen or it’s in packing but they just refuse to deliver or refund. They don’t respond to messages and if they answer your call they hang up mid way. How can I get my product or money back? Can brands just take money like this and disappear? There has to be some accountability!
