I am filing this complaint against Uber Decor, a Delhi-based internet scammer.
On March 27th, I ordered "Wavy Edge Full-length Mirror" from uberdecor.in (order number 2696) and paid the whole amount of Rs. 11249 via Gpay. Nearly sixty days have passed, and they still haven't bothered to deliver the item or offer a refund.
I have been following up on a regular basis after contacting their customer service multiple times (please refer to all the documents that are provided as references).
They either ignore my calls and mails or occasionally reply that the order is "in process and will be delivered shortly", or "that it is being prepared for shipping", or "that it is still in production". It is always a deceptive promise. Their customer service is terrible and of extremely poor quality. They appear to be a fraud.
I want a complete refund right away.
Warning everyone not to place any orders with them.
If this isn't resolved, @leenamehta (Founder of Uber Decor) - I will file an official complaint.
