Date of purchase: 18th April
Despite constant calls and messages to uber decor, I have been given no clear date or time that they will ship my product.
Each time they come up with an excuse that the product is either not ready, if it’s ready then there is some issue with it that needs fixed. Infact they even shared tracking link as follows on 3rd July:

These are fake details of tracking, if anyone puts it on google it shows invalid.
I even asked why is there no detail and their only response is there must be some issue, what that issue is they are not telling. They said we share tracking link so customer can trust, but what they can’t seem to understand is that a tracking link only if the shipment has been made makes sense to share.
I am extremely exhausted calling them everyday for updates and at this point because of the fake tracking details, they are committing fraud.
I even asked for refund which they have happily not answered to.
