Uber Decor has been stalling me ever since I ordered a mirror on 9 September without any real updates. They have no intention of delivering anything and are just taking money without providing any goods in return.
I have regularly reached out to their customer support on call and whatsapp.
No shipping. No refund. Have askedfor refund and threatened legal complaints for the same.

You are the customer and paid ₹11475/- in advance, you have right to know the complete information related to the product.

If the company is not responding and threatening you, you can file a case in Consumer Commission near you.
