Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a TCL C72K 55-inch TV on 13/10/2025. The TV has developed a screen-related issue and requires screen replacement under warranty.
I reported the issue to TCL customer support 35 days ago, but despite repeated follow-ups, I have neither received a proper response nor a resolution. The issue is still pending.
Since the TV is under warranty, I request TCL to arrange the screen replacement at the earliest and provide me with a clear timeline for completion.
Please treat this as an urgent escalation. If the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline and the appropriate Consumer Commission for deficiency in service and seek appropriate relief.
I am writing to express my severe disappointment and frustration regarding the unfair refusal to execute an approved screen replacement for my television, originally registered under a complaint on July 12, 2026.
On July 22, 2026, your technician Mr. Mithun (Mobile: 930 523 8084) visited my residence to carry out the screen replacement. Upon switching on the TV, he claimed that the screen was damaged, stated he could not proceed with the service, and took back the new replacement panel.
I wish to place the following critical facts on record:

I wish to place the following critical facts on record:
- Prior Inspection & Approval: The replacement panel was officially approved by the company based on the initial inspection and technical report submitted by your technician, Mr. Bilal (Mobile: 936 940 8975).
- Zero Handling by Consumer: Since Mr. Bilal inspected and packed the TV set, the unit has remained untouched in my home—it has not even been switched on.
- Service Handler Error: Any damage to the screen clearly occurred during the mechanic's opening, repacking, or handling process. It is entirely unjust to shift the blame onto the consumer for errors committed during official technical handling.
- Malafide Intention of Service Engineer : It is clearly evident that the service engineer has some malafide intention and has intentionally damaged the TV Panel and now he is demanding Rs.40000 in cash for replacement at personal level, when already the item has been approved by your company under warranty.
