I purchased a TV remote control on dated 30.01.2025. The shop owner has said that the Remote Control will be connected to LOYED tv as it is universal and charged Rs 200.
But the Remote was not connected to tv. When I went to him after on 12 days,he refused to take return the product that after 12 days it will not be returned back. This is making fool of customers and exploiting the faith of consumers.
