On 16/01/2026 ordered medicines under prepaid mode from Truemeds.
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am filing this complaint against Trumeds for the non-delivery of my paid order, despite their system marking it as COD. Here are the details:
Company- Truemeds.
Seller- ANKW Pharma retail private ltd.
Order no-41536397
Order contains medicines:-
1- SBI MULLEIN EAR DROPS 10 ml x 2 bottles.
2- Dr Morepen Gluco one BG 03 Blood glucose test strips 50 pcs.
3- Dapasmart Trio 500 tablet 10 x 3 strips.
4- Gliclanux M60 Xr tablet 10 x 2 strips.
Issue details:-
Payment mode was prepaid and paid while booking.
Blue dart Courier agent at time of delivery asked to pay amount as it was marked under COD.
Details of payment was shown to him but parcel was returned.
Same time called Truemeds customer care service where they confirmed payment is done to customer explaining a query will be raised to correct payment details and medicines will be delivered within 24 hours to the customer.
Today 19/01/2026 again received message from Truemeds and Blue dart courier service that medicines will be delivered before 6 pm.
But in the evening again messaged that payment is not updated and will raise another query to resolve the issue.
My wife is a diabetic patient and I don't want her to suffer for this.
I have spoken to their customer service and no committment are provided to me.
If they are not able to update their system then kindly refund with no delays.
