I am Akash Nigam from Lucknow.
On Tuesday 22-04-25 I bought an electric scooty from Triveni autofab industries pvt Ltd.
On 23-04-2025 itself the scooty broke down and started having problems, the scooty has a 3 year warranty. I called their staff (Ravi and Bhavna) and the owner (Rajeev Chauhan) but no one has listened to me for 4 days.

Please help me.
