I travelled to Pune and booked the Hotel Lxia, Hinjewadi from 5th June to 8th June.
I am a lady traveler and was travelling for work to Pune from Ahmedabad.
My booking was in single occupancy.
On 6th my hotel keys were given to someone and when I returned from work my keys were not traceable and the person at the reception got my room opened with a master key. After some time the employee came and handed over my keys.
On 7th when I returned from work again my key was missing and my room was opened with a master key. When I entered my room, to my shock, the room had luggage and personal belongings of 2 men (even in washroom). In some time these 2 young men came to open my door with my key. I called on police helpline as I was scared of my personal safety and also about the illegal checking in of 2 men in my room. Even my luggage could have been mishandled.
This kind of safety breach with alone lady is just not accepted. I went to the police station for the letter on the matter and had to leave the hotel an check in at the other hotel for my safety.
I hereby request to take strict action and I also want the refund of the full amount due to harassment caused by the hotel.
