Today 2nd June,2026 I have ordered food from the DOMINOS INDIA application at 9.30 hours in the morning which was an advance order( Since the shop was not opened then). It was a train order that was scheduled to be delivered on the train number 01450 and was recieved by DOMINOS AHILYANAGAR WITH EXACT ADDRESS- No. 106, TP SCHEME, GROUND FLOOR, SWASTIK TOWER, SWASTIK CHOWK, PLOT, 3, STATION ROAD, GANESHWADI, AHILYANAGAR, MAHARASTRA 414001.It was initially confirmed and was scheduled deliver at AHILYANAGAR STATION at 16.30 hours.When I checked the status of the order it showed that it was dispatched from the centre. When the train was about to reach the station, I dialled on the number given on the application as +912413510051. First, they didnt pick up my call.The second time they picked and said that it is not delivered yet and "will be delivered". Then after the departure of the train from the station I still had not recieved my order and was calling continously on the number given. After about 30 minutes of the departure of the train I receive a message from DOMINOS that my order is cancelled. So I immediately started calling on the number given and they were not picking it up. At last when they received, I asked why the order was cancelled?So they say that it was a train order and we dont have a delivery boy who would deliver this order and they informed me at about 45 minutes after the train left the station. I had not eaten since morning and was relying on this order. The man gives me no responses rather a very very rude behaviour. If they dont had the delivery boy they could have cancelled it at the start only when they confirmed it but they didnt do it rather they dispatched the order further which can be seen in the screenshots I have uploaded. This man on the phone then "blocks" me so that I cannot call him further. My train is 33 hours long and this DOMINOS had made me suffer like this. They owe me a proper explanation regarding this otherwise I surely will go online and post it in facebook, instagram, linkedin. "DOMINOS SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR SERVICES". This was my first time ordering with you and this is my last one also.
