Hi Sir,

I have booked an Oyo townhouse for marriage and all the payments has been paid only 5-10% in remaining
Today, the water supply issue observed in the morning ~6AM and informed to hotel manager Mr Akash and he is not properly responding even after 2PM
Then I call to 100 for support and the hotel supervisor or owner is not getting answer of any calls though
My family is suffering from morning and they are not even going to adjust in any other property.
I owned booked another hotel for my guests as well however the full amount paid to them
I requested them to arrange 10 rooms for the time being so that I can manager my guests but they took another an hour for temp rooms only
Second, the cops Mr Rajeevir asked them to come police Choki but they denied to come with me and also denied to refund for my one day rooms charges

This is very enjoying situation in front of my all guests
Discussed with Mr Rahul but his wording is like what should I do if the pump is not working
After all the problem resolved after multiple efforts due to this my whole function get impacted

Today again they misbehaving and disconnect the electricity

Please help with action against the property
