I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience with an Goibibo booking. The photos and descriptions provided during booking were misleading and did not accurately reflect the actual situation of the property. Upon arriving late at night with my family, including a small child, I discovered that the property was unsuitable for families, being attached to a bar and restaurant. The environment was indecent and not as described. Furthermore, there was no option for cancellation and refund.
I was forced to search for alternate lodging in the middle of the night, causing considerable inconvenience and distress to my family.
This kind of irresponsible and misleading conduct is unacceptable for a reputed hospitality provider.I request a full investigation into this matter and seek appropriate compensation, including a refund of my booking amount. I hope you will take the necessary steps to ensure such incidents do not recur and protect future guests from similar experiences.
