I had purchased a Toshiba TV through Amazon on 13/05/ 2024.
On 1st April 2025, I noticed a few horizontal lines on the screen . I called the Toshiba Customer service no. They sent a TV technician Rakesh( Mob no. 9594452233) to Inspect the TV. He told his Office that the Panel requires replacement.
After a few days I got a
I asked them to Provide the evidence from their Technician Rakesh where it is stated that the TV is damaged. Rakesh gave me the no. of Reliance who are service providers. ( Mob. No. 91527385840)
No one is picking up the Fone. he then provided me the No of his service Manager Imtiyaz Sheikh( 8828334861) . Imtiyaz messaged that he has sent a mail to Head Office but nothing has been done. The TV is 10 months old and there is no child in the House. I live alone and am a senior Citizen.
Please take up this case strongly as it constitutes wilful negligence on the part of the Company which has provided a sub standard Product. The warranty is valid for 2 years.

On 16th April, I got a message from Hisense the Toshiba TV manufacturer that the TV is Physically damaged and if I require service it will be charged.I asked them to Provide the evidence from their Technician Rakesh where it is stated that the TV is damaged.
