Toothsi Aligners has looted my ₹12000. Firstly their executive explained the plan and took ₹12000 in cash. Afterwards they changed my plan to extraction of my tooth, which obviously I was not comfortable with, then they said it's okk you go with without extraction but results wouldn't be same. So I canceled my treatment in a week. Now they are saying there is no refund policy, which is nowhere mentioned on their application. I said you can deduct money for your scan and all. But complete deduction is insane. They never told about any kind of extraction in first plan or visit, otherwise I never paid amount. They are looting people in daylight. Please help to get my money back. Thanks
